My career in Information Technology began in 1992, working in Helpdesk and Field Services, where I developed a strong foundation in hands-on support, troubleshooting, and client-focused service delivery. Those early years shaped my understanding of technology at its core, how systems connect, how users interact with them, and how critical reliable IT is to business operations.
Over the past three decades, I have steadily advanced through every layer of the IT landscape, from Desktop Support and Infrastructure Engineering to Project Leadership, Technical Oversight, and Executive Strategy. My experience spans a broad range of technologies and environments, including On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization Platforms, Backup and Disaster Recovery, and Cybersecurity Standards.
I hold an education in Information Technology Management, and I continue to pursue continuing education in Microsoft’s best practices to stay aligned with evolving tools and industry expectations.
As Director of Technology at Alltek, I lead the development and execution of our technical strategy. I’m responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, conducting Project Reviews, and ensuring successful Project Execution from planning through delivery. I work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure our solutions are secure, scalable, and designed to support long-term growth.
My focus remains on clarity, consistency, and building IT environments that deliver real value, enabling both operational stability and continuous innovation.
